Air Miles hired me as Sr. Program Manager. I worked on mapping the Customer Journey, setting up the communication flows such as the welcome and moving programs, improving the database by obtaining more opt-ins and expanding customer profiles, cross promotions between the different partners of Air Miles, such as Shell, 40beats and Landal Greenparks, and on the Praxis account.
