Ik was Manager New Markets bij TCC/J&H (Customer Loyalty & Merchandising concepten), een B2B functie in de branches retail, FMCG, kranten en oliemaatschappijen.
Aandachtsgebieden waren sales, marktonderzoek en –ontwikkeling, productontwikkeling en account management in diverse Europese markten, advies en begeleiding op het gebied van klantenbinding, communicatie, PR, aansturen van project teams.
Ik was ook betrokken bij kwaliteitsbeheer, en het verkrijgen van ISO 9001 certificering.
