Bij T-Mobile Consumentenmarkt heb ik een project gerealiseerd op het gebied van Customer Development en Life Cycle Management.
Doelstellingen:
- opbrengsten per klant verhogen
- loyaliteit verbeteren
- churn reduceren.
Via benchmarking, klanttevredendheidsmetingen en de ervaring van zusterbedrijven (met name Duitsland, Oostenrijk en Hongarije) werden aan bestaande contactmomenten, en het loyalty systeem, een serie contacten toegevoegd:
- DM
- service calls
- sms
- interactie in de winkels
- ook werd het inbound CRM systeem aangepast en ingezet.
Op basis hiervan is een Cross-en Upsell programma gerealiseerd.
