For T-Mobile Consumer Market I realized a project on Customer Development and Life Cycle Management.
Targets:
- increase value per customer
- improve loyalty
- reduce churn.
Via benchmarking, customer satisfaction readings and the experience of sister companies (mainly Germany, Austria and Hungary) a series of contact moments were added to existing touchpoints and the loyalty system:
- DM
- service calls
- sms
- interaction in the stores
- the inbound CRM system was also adjusted and implemented.
On the basis of these preparation a cross and upsell program was realized.
