For a period of three years I was Manager New Markets at TCC/J&H (Customer Loyalty & Merchandising concepts), a B2B function in the branches retail, FMCG, newspapers and oil industry.
Areas of attention were sales, market research and development, product development and account management in several European markets, advice and guidance in the fields of customer binding, communications, PR, and the coordination of project teams.
